Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to supply requested documents within a reasonable period may result in temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal access.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on Baji999. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person — detected through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, name, or CNIC — will be merged or suspended. Any winnings, bonuses or balance associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture pending a review of the circumstances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Baji999 account. You should not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Baji999 will not be held liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by the sharing or compromise of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact Baji999 support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified report.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard processing times and identity verification requirements. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will have those bonus funds forfeited upon closure.
Baji999 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason, other than as required by applicable regulations.
Baji999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your account in PKR and no currency conversion is applied at any stage.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Each offer carries its own set of terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
Baji999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses under different identities, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have promotional access revoked and associated winnings forfeited.
Bonuses that are not activated within the stated validity window, or where wagering requirements are not completed within the allotted time, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on Baji999 — whether on cricket markets, PSL fixtures, live casino tables, slots, crash games or any other product — are subject to the platform's standard betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each game or market type.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Baji999 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed in error, bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a technical error, and bets that exceed the applicable maximum stake for a given market.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match abandonment, game technical failure, manifest pricing errors, or events outside Baji999's reasonable control. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full as a stake refund.
In-play cricket markets, including PSL and international T20 fixtures, operate under specific rules regarding ball-by-ball suspension, over completion and match interruptions due to weather or crowd disturbances. Where a match is suspended mid-over, in-play bets on the current over may be voided at Baji999's discretion unless the over is completed within a defined period.
Live casino games — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the rules of the respective game as explained by the dealer at the table. In the event of a disconnection during a live hand, Baji999's system will record the last confirmed game state and resolve the hand accordingly. Disconnection is not grounds for a refund of a stake already placed.
